My Real Estate Journey began at age 20 when I bought my first home in Des Moines, Iowa.  Several years later I graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Business Administration.  After several years, I started buying investment properties and loved the idea of having home equity work for me.  I have owned 16 homes in my life and always sold at a profit.

 

In 1996 I moved to Orange County and 2 years later began a career in the mortgage business.  In 1998 I became a Wholesale Mortgage Banker calling on Mortgage Brokers throughout Southern California.  I have proudly represented my client’s best interest throughout the California market for over 27 years.  Realizing that as a Mortgage Broker my loyalty and transparency is to you as my client – Not the big bank that I work for.  I love helping my clients achieve their homeownership goals through dedicated mortgage and real estate planning.

 

These days, the world is full of so much confusion and misleading click-bait advertising that it is difficult to decipher fiction from reality.  I always invest my time and attention to ensure that every client’s questions are answered honestly, clearly, and without confusion.  My goal is to maximize your financial success, achieve your goals, and exceed expectations.  Guiding you the perfect  loan choices and best solutions is my promise to you.
