About Mike
I have a communications degree from CSU, Chico, a law degree from McGeorge School of Law, and have been a licensed broker since 2001.
In 2012, my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. It was difficult to see a brilliant man lose his memory, decline, and ultimately not recognize me. It was then that I discovered how expensive care can be, and I wondered how people would be able to afford these challenging times. I decided that I would become an expert in helping those in need of funds for care or merely to enjoy their golden years. When consulting with clients, I see them as if they were family members, and my goal is to take care of them with honesty, integrity, and open communication. As a loan originator, I am a zealous advocate of a client, searching for the best solutions and doing whatever I can to get a loan closed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
When I am not working to improve people’s lives, I am spending time with my amazing family. My wife Jenny and I have been married for 25 years, and we have raised two amazing human beings. My daughter just graduated from UC Berkeley and plans to be a doctor, and my son is studying business at the University of Oregon. We have two dogs – a Brittany named Hunter, who is 77, and a Golden Doodle named Lucy, who is 28. I also help my 84-year-old mother with her finances and challenges.
